The Client Assistance Program supports family stability and economic opportunity by connecting individuals and families to critical resources and services throughout Ventura County. We are committed to serving rural, low-income, immigrant, and limited-English-speaking communities with compassion, respect, and cultural understanding. 

Through direct assistance, education, and outreach, El Concilio helps families overcome barriers and access the support they need to thrive.
