Youth Leadership & Development

The Youth Leadership & Development Program empowers low-income and at-risk youth ages 14 to 18 through leadership training, personal development, and community engagement opportunities. Designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders, the program helps young people build confidence, strengthen life skills, and become positive ambassadors within their communities. 

Participants engage in activities that encourage civic involvement, cultural awareness, and personal growth while developing the skills needed to succeed in school, work, and life.
